Coach Aaron Weedo brings a childhood of sports, exercise and passion for health and fitness to his craft. Coach Aaron has worked with young, old, pregnant, spinal chord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, extreme weight loss, depression, special needs children, vertigo, cerebral palsy, as well as elite athletes in all sports, Olympians and even took a 12 year old girl with some dreams to the CrossFit games, twice.

Consistency and persistency.
Whether it’s losing 100 pounds, recovering from being sick, going to the CrossFit Games, or walking again, the only way to achieve any of this is by consistency and persistency. You have to stay active and dedicated to the end goal. Training and exercise can be mundane and difficult to stay on track with. Coach Aaron has been there, as an athlete, and as a human. His ability to keep workouts fresh and light hearted help keep the workouts fun and educational.

Most people find excuses to not take care of themselves. Coach Aaron will do his best to work around each individual lifestyle and situation. No two people are alike, and no two programs are alike. Coach Aaron has the ability to work with anyone, any where.
